Ask Yourself, What Is It You Seek?


This year one of my goals is to avoid shopping. And staying off Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which leads to shopping. If you know me at all, you know I was an avid couponer and spent a lot of time preparing to shop by finding, printing, cutting and organizing coupons in preparation for shopping. So, now that I'm not shopping or hunting for deals I have some extra time, especially after work when we usually shopped. This created an opportunity for me to start up an activity that I've always wanted to explore, but never had the time.

Yoga intrigues me. The limber, flexible poses look easy, and yet they build core strength. And its a wonderful activity that can be done inside or outside - pick your place. These days it is so darn cold, its a great time to start a new 30 day FREE yoga program. I just googled "free yoga" and the most popular one popped  up Yoga with Adriene, the program is called TRUE.

So far, I love it. Each day is a different theme and its meant for beginners. She soothingly talks through the moves and coaches gently.  If you're interested in starting yoga, I highly recommend this free program.

So, ask yourself, what is it you seek?
To love yourself.
To get healthy.
To answer the question, “Who am I?”
To accept your truth.
To tune into the harmony of the globe.
To be free.
To feel strong,
To laugh.
To become liberated.
To gain more compassion.
To reach a higher consciousness.
To get ripped.
To just make it to day 30.
