The dog days of summer are here in August. It has rained for about five days and we have barely seen the sunshine. Its a typical August and we are anxious to escape this humid rainforest like weather with a trip to Minnesota at the end of the month. The good thing now is the distraction of the Olympics in Rio De janeiro. The bikers there are also having to deal with the rain on their roads, and the resulting mishaps and crashes. Did you get to enjoy watching the Tour de France in July? What a beautiful place for a bike event. I have discovered the joy of unlimited data and the ability to watch the Tour De France and Rio Olympics live on my smartphone via the NBCSports app.Anyway, we try to get out for a walk around #BuschGardens to keep up our 10,000 steps a day. Its amazing how few steps one gets each day unless you make a concerted effort to go for a walk; or unless you have a non desk job that keeps you on your feet.
Your health is your wealth. It doesn't matter how much time or money you have if you are not healthy. Make it a priority, get out there and exercise folks!
