Thursday 2/5/15, we started off our long weekend by attending the Bob Seger concert at Amalie Arena. We had awesome floor seats and the sound and show were great. Bob, the old guy is in his mid sixties but didn't show it, he rocked and rolled over 2 hours with all his entourage. As you can see he had quite the accompaniment with all the horn section, the backup singers, the drummer, keyboards and sax player. They filled the stage. In case you're wondering which one is Bob Seger (its hard to describe because they all have the rock start black shirt and jeans on) like us, he is the one with white hair laughing in the center of the lineup.
As for our rock start picture, we opted to actually talk to strangers and ask them to take a picture of us with the stage on the background. Since it was all old folks at the show, we looked for the youngest person who would actually know how to operate a phone camera to take a halfway decent picture (although I hate phone cameras - they are woefully inadequate). We found a woman about ten years younger than us, but that was after the old man behind us hijacked my phone and insisted he could do it. For the record he could not operate it. We handed it to Cami to take a good photo, of us in our rock start black shirt and jeans.
