Finally the cold weather arrived so I ordered a few bags of cheese curds from Wisconsins own Ellsworth Cooperative. Once cooked up they were so yummy!
Cheese Curd Batter
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan to 375F.
Stir in Ellsworth Cheese curds in batter.
Drop into hot oil for 1-2 minutes until golden colored and crispy.
Dry oil off and enjoy!
