Well, I bet your hand hurts from signing all those closing documents. Now all you need to do is pack all your stuff and drive down to Arizona to your new beautiful home.
I have some advice since I moved from Minnesota 20 years ago. You will need sunscreen and lots of it. You will also discover that light and loose fitting clothing is required in the summer. Best of luck in your adventure.
