Darlington 2008

We just got back from our 1100 mile travel odyssey to Darlington County, SC to attend the NASCAR races this past weekend. We enjoyed some nice driving in our sporty race car the Toyota Camry, and had lots of fun watching practice, qualifying, and the Busch & Cup races on Friday and Saturday. Dodge was the main sponsor of the race so the fan fest had lots of Dodge events and giveaways. We drove the Dodge RAM truck up and down a 40 degree banked ramp which was really interesting to do. Even though neither of our favorite drivers won, it was action packed racing with lots of drivers scraping the wall.
