Well mid week and I finally got to ride my bike again to work, its been a week since I rode last. Actually I've only ridden my bike 5 days this month, hopefully I can ride 5 more days to make it 10 for the month. Anyway, I've maintained my weight at 7 pounds lost. I did lose another pound, but gained it back. It will be very difficult to lose the last 3 lbs unless I bike at least every other day. DH lost another pound he is at 6 lbs lost.
